JCB

This JCB project was made for JCB factory in UK. This product is designed for the navigation of JCB special truck. This product is overmolded with MOLEX connectors which are imported from MOLEX USA. There are many small pins on MOLEX connectors, so during inserting the connector into the mold for molding, the mold had to be made very precise, otherwise the metal pins would have gotten bent . Each component has to be assembled very perfect, the tolerances are very tight within +/-0.02MM.The raw materials are PBT GF filled against the high temperature nearby the engine.
